Great personality! He helped me get in shape and we had a lot of fun doing it too! Cody didn’t just make it another daily task. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I was surprised by the variety and level of difficulty of Cody’s workouts. His exercises made me realize the intensity, focus, and strength building I was missing in any other workouts I’ve ever done. He also taught me about dynamic and static stretching and showed me exercises I’ve never seen before. You’re really going to get your bang for your buck–you’re not just going to go through the motions and learn some exercises you can do on your own later. You’ll be learning and performing on the spot. I also felt like he listened to my special needs without compromising difficulty. Great trainer, great person !
Took my kids (soon to be 9 and soon to be 12) out on paddle boards for the first time earlier this week on Lake Nockamixon. Cody was an excellent instructor and very good and patient with my kids. My kids not only had a blast, but felt perfectly comfortable with him. (They can sometimes be a little shy.) Oh, and I had a blast too. We are all hooked! Thanks Cody for everything!
Shawn has made an incredible transformation and lifestyle change stating in December 2015 he wanted to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. So he quit the making excuses and jumped on board the healthier path in life. At 53 years old bad eating habits had caught up with him and he weighed in at 245 lbs. He now weighs in at 220 lbs only a few months later. By choosing a healthy nutritious diet and some light exercise Shawn is continuing his journey to a balanced life and wishes to reach 200 lbs by the end of this summer!
